Itinerary
- Day 1ARRIVAL – TRANSFER
On arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and after clearing with airport formalities, you will be met by our representative and be transferred to Prideinn Westlands Hotel where you will be spending your night. Lunch and dinner on your own. Overnight at Prideinn Westlands Hotel (BB).
- Day 2NAIROBI – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
Early breakfast followed by departure to Amboseli National Park which is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season. Check in at Amboseli Sopa Lodge followed by a short siesta then proceed for an evening game drive till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge (FB).
- Day 3AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
A hearty breakfast followed by morning and afternoon game drives, during your game drives you will stumble across wildlife such as elephants, leopards, giraffes and many more whilst being looked over by the breathtaking Mt Kilimanjaro. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge (FB).
- Day 4AMBOSELI – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
Early rise followed by breakfast then depart to Lake Nakuru National Park, which is a Park with a large soda lake, hundreds of bird species, game drives & camping facilities. You will enjoy your lunch on arrival followed by an afternoon game drive till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge (FB).
- Day 5LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
After breakfast, you will depart to Masai Mara National Reserve which is a land of breathtaking vistas, abundant wildlife and endless plains in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include the big five, birdlife species and the wildebeest migration between July to October. You will enjoy your lunch on arrival, followed by a late afternoon game drive till sunset. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge (FB).
- Day 6MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
Enjoy a full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is a paradise, with abundant elephant, buffalo, giraffe, lion and cheetah alongside the migratory wildebeest and zebra. Leopards are frequently encountered; endangered black rhinos hide in the dense thickets and large rafts of hippo and enormous crocodiles are found in the Mara River. The park is also home to over 450 bird species. If interested, you can pass by the Masai homesteads where you will get a chance to interact with the local community, learn more about their culture, dance with them and you can also buy handmade artifacts from them (At an extra cost of Us $ 20.00 per person to be paid for directly). Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge (FB).
- Day 7HOMEBOUND
Early rise followed by breakfast then depart to Nairobi, lunch enroute on own account. On arrival, you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
